Call for Conference Travel Grants Issued
The Board of Directors of the American Council on Consumer Interests is soliciting nominees among its membership to receive funds to assist in bringing accomplished students and young professionals to its annual conference. The Conference
The ACCI annual conference will be held April 11-13 in Memphis, Tennessee. The conference will bring together academics, researchers, and policy makers to exchange views and information in the field of consumer interests. Participants will have the opportunity to join in the competitive paper presentation, round table discussion, and poster presentation and work out new ways of collaboration and cooperation.Invited Applicants
The following individuals are welcome to apply:- Student ACCI members who are interested in consumer issues and planning to attend the 2012 annual conference.
- Professional ACCI members who have been working in the field of consumer interests for less than five years and plan to attend the annual conference.
Covered Costs
The scholarship will provide a complimentary registration and roundtrip transportation costs (economy, 21-day advance; international grantees to receive average cost of domestic travel) to participate in its 2012 Annual Conference held at the Memphis Marriott Downtown.How to Apply
