Good to Know

  • Early Bird Discounts through 3 March 2014! 
  • Set as “safe” in your email so that your receipt does not get treated as spam. 
  • Receipts will be sent only to the registrant.
  • If you are registering on behalf of someone else, login with their credentials!
  • How to Register most efficiently:
    • To receive the discount for staying at the site hotel, the Intercontinental Milwaukee, please make your reservation before registering. 
    • Decide if you wish to attend the preconference
    • Review the outline of the prices below
    • Register here - it will ask for your login (email address) and password. 
    • Make payment online or select send check.
    • Your receipt will be emailed to you from Please search your junk mail if you don't receive within one hour. (make a safe sender!)



Registering Online is preferred and easiest  A receipt will be sent immediately by email to the registrant. If your department needs a copy of the receipt, please forward it to them.

IMPORTANTif you are registering for someone else, you must login with their email and password otherwise you will be registering yourself! The entire database is dependent on the email address of the person who is going to attend; only they will receive the receipt.

Payment Options 

  • Pay by credit card when you register: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • Call in Payment: Register online, but select the payment option Call In. Take your email receipt to your department’s credit card payer, ask them to call 727-493-2131 and pay your registration fee by credit card over the telephone. Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern time. You will receive the receipt; remember to forward to your payer. 
  • Send Check: Register online, receive an email, make out your check to ACCI, and mail your payment and a copy of the email to ACCI, PO Box 2528, Tarpon Springs FL 34688-2528. Make checks payable to ACCI. Allow 10 days for processing after mailing your check; claim your receipt by logging in to ACCI, hovering over your profile, seeing Transactions and printing your receipt. 
  • Register by Mail or Fax: Click here for a paper registration form. Mail with a check made out to ACCI to PO Box 2528, Tarpon Springs FL 34688-2528. FAX to 727-493-0878.

The Fine Print

  • Early Bird Discounted Rates apply through 12:00 pm PST on 3 March 2014. After that date, Regular fees apply.
  • If you are not sure you are currently a Member, send email note to [email protected] with “Am I a Member” in the subject line.
  • Hotel Reservations: When ACCI contracts with a conference hotel, the hotel sets goals for number of sleeping rooms used in return for meeting space. If ACCI does not pick up enough sleeping rooms, the association has to pay for empty rooms which will raise the registration fee the next year. Thank you for staying at The Benson.   • Payment is due at the time of registration, or in the case of purchase orders, within 30 days of receipt of invoice from ACCI.
  • Guest Rates are requested for anyone attending who is accompanying a Professional, Student, or Retiree Member/Registrant and is needed to defray the cost of food service.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (Email is acceptable) and received (not postmarked) in our office by 5:00 pm on Wednesday 27 March 2014. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed to cover our administrative costs. Written cancellations received 28 March 2014 or after will be assessed the cancellation fee plus the per person food service cost, a total of $220. “No Shows” will be billed the full registration fee. We do regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows” but will welcome substitutions without penalty, with written request. Of course, in special circumstances we will try to accommodate.
  • Know Before You Go - A communication with last minute updates and information will be emailed to all registrants on or about 1 April 2014.
