Special Notes
  • Journal of Consumer Affairs Editorial Review Board Meeting will be June 12, 2020, 12-3:30 PM EDT. Invitations sent and RSVP's requested.
  • Awards will be presented as usual during the general sessions. Crystals, certificates, and checks will be mailed after the conference.
  • Poster presentations are recorded videos that will be available throughout the entire conference and a short time after on the ACCI YouTube Channel Playlist. To see the details of each, visit (link above). They are listed in the online schedule on the last day after the last General Session simply to make it easier to find all the session that have a set day/time in the schedule.

Goals of the Conference

Conference Objectives: At the end of the conference, participants will be able to: (1) name at least three new research projects of which they were unaware; (2) describe at least three new professional contacts; and (3) explain ACCI’s mission and vision, and identify at least one way in which you could become active in support of work in the consumer's interest.
